Elle Durbin has worked at Compass for over two years where she is passionately dedicated to her role as the Marketing and Listings Manager of Curated Living at Compass RE.

She grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado and lived there until starting undergrad at The University of South Carolina where she studied Marketing and Finance. After graduating from college she moved to Philadelphia and has been in East Passyunk since then. The neighborhood is filled with trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, so there is always something fun to do. Elle keeps herself busy outside of work with her love of yoga, music, and travel. Elle is also a proud mom of 3 Indonesian White’s Tree Frogs that bring her tremendous joy.

Social environments are where Elle thrives, which is why she was drawn to real estate and the collaborative environment of Curated Living. The engaging nature of real estate and excitement surrounding clients and agents is what reminds her of why she so deeply loves her job. Elle devotes her time to providing each agent with all the tools they need to elevate the home buying and selling experience for their clients.
